At Gammys, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Subject to the terms below, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases.

By placing an order through gammys.co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days after the confirmed delivery date.
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Unless otherwise instructed by Gammys, returned products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

The carrier’s confirmed delivery date will generally determine the beginning of the 30-day refund period.


2. Refunds That Are Not Eligible

Refund requests generally will not be approved in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted after the applicable 30-day refund period.
  • Subscription renewal orders placed after the initial guarantee period.
  • Products that have been materially used, altered, or intentionally damaged.
  • Refund requests that do not satisfy the eligibility requirements described in this Policy.
  • Orders affected by fraud, abuse of promotional offers, excessive refund activity, or other misuse of our policies.

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.


3. Subscription Orders

3.1 First Subscription Shipment

Unless otherwise stated, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the initial shipment of a new subscription.

Subsequent recurring subscription shipments are generally not eligible under the initial guarantee unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Gammys.


3.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscription orders renew automatically until cancelled.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Gammys to charge your selected payment method automatically at the recurring billing interval presented during checkout.

Recurring billing will continue until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with this Policy and our Terms of Use.


3.3 Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid your next recurring charge, cancellation should be completed before your next scheduled renewal date.

Subscriptions may be cancelled through any available cancellation method offered by Gammys, including your customer account (where available) or by contacting:

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically generate refunds for charges that have already been successfully processed.


3.4 Billing Information

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.

Failure to update expired payment methods or incorrect billing information may result in failed payments, interrupted shipments, suspension of subscription benefits, or cancellation of your subscription.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To help us investigate your request, please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the product and packaging;
  • a brief description of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, Gammys may, at its discretion:

  • send a replacement product;
  • issue a full or partial refund;
  • provide store credit; or
  • offer another reasonable resolution.

5. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of a one-time order before fulfillment begins.

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered our fulfillment process or has been shipped.

Where a cancellation request cannot be completed before shipment, the order will instead remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Gammys reserves the right to deduct reasonable processing fees where clearly disclosed during checkout and permitted by applicable law.


6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support@gammys.co.
  2. Include your order number and a description of the reason for your request.
  3. Our Customer Support team will review your request and may request additional information if necessary.
  4. If approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

If a return is required before a refund can be issued, return instructions will be provided by our Customer Support team.


7. Lost Packages

If your shipment appears lost during transit, please contact support@gammys.co.

Gammys may initiate a carrier investigation before determining whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.


8. Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable;
  • expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once shipment has occurred; and
  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or operational procedures.

Any revisions become effective upon publication on gammys.co, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
