Overview
Gammys LLC ships orders to customers within the United States and to selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country, local regulations, carrier availability, inventory, and applicable import restrictions.
If a product cannot legally be shipped to your selected destination, you will be notified before completing your purchase whenever reasonably possible.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after our daily fulfillment cutoff or during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.
Processing time and shipping time are separate estimates.

- Available throughout the United States
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotional campaigns, as indicated during checkout
Expedited Shipping
Where available, expedited shipping options may be offered during checkout for an additional charge.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship throughout the United States, including:
- all 50 states;
- Washington, D.C.;
- Puerto Rico;
- Guam;
- U.S. Virgin Islands; and
- other eligible U.S. territories where carrier service is available.
Availability for military (APO/FPO/DPO) and P.O. Box deliveries depends on the selected carrier and shipping method.
3. International Shipping
Gammys currently ships to selected international destinations.
Available countries are displayed during checkout and may change without prior notice.
International shipping availability depends on:
- carrier service availability;
- local import regulations;
- customs restrictions;
- product eligibility; and
- operational considerations.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, we are currently unable to fulfill orders to that destination.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows begin after your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors including:
- destination;
- package weight;
- selected shipping method;
- promotional offers; and
- applicable carrier rates.
All shipping charges will be displayed before your order is submitted.
6. Product Availability by Country
Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to particular countries due to local laws, customs regulations, ingredient restrictions, or import requirements.
If an item cannot legally be shipped to your destination, you will generally be notified during checkout.
Availability may change over time as regulations evolve.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- value-added tax (VAT);
- brokerage fees; or
- other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
Gammys has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customers are encouraged to consult their local customs authority before placing an international order.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier and destination country.
For some international shipments, tracking visibility may be limited after the package enters the destination country’s postal or customs network.
9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment:
- arrives damaged;
- appears lost;
- is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window; or
- is delivered with missing contents,
please contact support@gammys.co as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances, Gammys may initiate a carrier investigation before determining whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Claims may require supporting information such as:
- order number;
- shipping address;
- photographs of damaged items or packaging;
- any other information reasonably requested to investigate the claim.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Gammys is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
11. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- severe weather;
- customs inspections;
- carrier disruptions;
- labor strikes;
- supply chain interruptions;
- natural disasters;
- governmental actions; or
- other force majeure events.
